The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser Review

The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser

All good skincare routines start with a decent cleanse in order to remove dirt, make-up and SPF that has accumulated throughout the day. Here is my review of The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser

My Review

The Ordinary Squalene Cleanser is an affordable, gentle cleanser that will melt away dirt, makeup and SPF with ease without making your skin feel tight or dry afterwards. It has been formulated beautifully to ensure compatibility with all skin types and concerns.

Squalene is found naturally within your skin, making this product an excellent choice as a hydrating cleanser.

Apply the balm-like product to your palms warm it up until it melts into an oil. Gently massage onto your face for 30 seconds to a minute. Then, add a splash of lukewarm water to your face, which will turn the product to a milky consistency, and massage further for another 30 seconds. Remove with either a lukewarm water or a damp, clean face cloth.

This has become a stable product in my evening skincare routine. I love how this product makes my skin feel clean while not leaving my skin feeling stripped of moisture. It is suitable as part of a double cleanse if that’s what you’re in to, or can be used completely on its own – some people think it’s enough.

The price point of this cleanser makes it an excellent choice for all. The 50ml tube has lasted over two months of constant use every evening, occasional mornings.
