I picked the Dr Jart Tiger Grass Camo Drops First up in TKMaxx a couple weeks back. I have to be honest, I didn’t look at the packaging properly because I thought this was going to be a calming-soothing serum, but it’s actually more of a makeup/skincare hybrid.
The serum has a green-ish colour. When it’s applied to the skin, it kind of blends into your skintone and instantly reduces redness and evens out the skin tone.
I actually liked the look on my skin. The finish looked natural, like my skin but on its best day.
The first time I used it, I layered it underneath my sunscreen, but knowing now that it’s more of skincare/makeup hybrid I will be using it over my sunscreen. It does contains SPF20, but I always want at least a SPF30 on my face.
It’s obviously too early to tell if I’d repurchase this or not, I need to use a little bit more than the couple of times I have used it. I’m not sure skincare/makeup hybrids are really for me, but we’ll see.
On the subject of Dr Jart, I have been hearing rumours that they may be going into Boots stores soon, which would be brilliant if true.
