L’Oréal is one of the best known brands out there. I’m sure everyone at some point in their lives have tried their products.
During Lockdown #1 I happened to be in my local supermarket and came across their skincare aisle which included a range of L’Oréal products. I was in the market for an eye cream and decided to give this one a try as it was on special offer. So, what do I think?
This is a nice rich cream making it effortlessly hydrating. I found after applying around my eyes that it sank in nicely and left the area feeling pleasantly hydrated and smooth. The cream leaves a dewy-shine around your eyes.
I’ll be honest, there are better eye creams out there with good, solid active ingredients like retinol in them which would be more suited for skin ageing. If you have genuine concerns about your eye are, I would suggest looking at other products. This one is nice, but purely if your concern is hydration.
I do have to warn that I’m not actually in the demographic this eye cream is aged at, which is 50-60. This hasn’t really altered my opinion of the product, I would still recommend other eye creams to someone in this age bracket.
