Anyone who keeps tabs on this Instagram account will know that I’m a big fan of the Dr Jart products. I picked this one up in my local TKMaxx back in spring and after using nearly the whole bottle I’m ready to post my thoughts!
My Review
Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Liquid Moisturising Toner is a moisturising toner from the infamous Ceramidin range. Its aim is to instantly hydrate the skin in order to increase absorption of the next products in your routine.
I found this quite odd when I first used it because it’s unlike any toner that I’ve ever used in the past. Typically toners have a runny-water-like texture, whereas this one is a lot thicker.
I absolutely adore this product. I’ve been having a dry-spell recently (not in that way you filthy bunch! 😉) and so I have been using this before my other serums and it provided instant hydration my skin post cleanse. It has a slight citrus scent to it which makes the product feel refreshing when applied. In the height of summer, I used this as my moisturiser because it was lightweight but still hydrating (side note: Dr.Jart+ says that you could use this as your daily moisturiser).
I think all skin types could benefit from this because it’s so versatile – you can use it as a moisturiser or toner depending on your skin type or your concerns. I’m so glad I’ve got this now the weather has turned colder. It’s really levitating any dryness I’m experiencing due to the central heating being on. People with temporarily dehydrating skin may wish to look this one up.
