Formula Lip & Eye Cream Review

Formula Absolute Lip & Eye Cream

Formula is a range of products found in Marks & Spencer in the UK. I was inspired to pick up their Formula Lip & Eye Cream after @foodandtravelpost mentioned in one of her posts she loved the Ultimate Sleep Cream, which by the way I also love!

My Review

This is an eye & lip cream treatment that ‘targets the signs of ageing, leaving eyes and lips looking radiant’.

This is a really hydrating cream for the eye and lip area. It’s rich, but doesn’t leave your eye area feeling greasy, heavy or caked. Whilst it’s very hydrating, I never get the puffy feeling you can sometimes get from using an overly hydrating cream. The cream has a subtle, pleasant, clean fragrance to it. Once applied it gives the eye area a nice glow/shine. I use it AM/PM in my routine. I’ve never actually applied it to my lips – I have a balm for that – so I can’t speak on it as a lip product. I personally love using this cream, but I do not have any major concerns at the moment about my eye area. Which leads me onto the next point…

This eye cream would be perfect for anyone who simply wants added hydration around the eye area and doesn’t have any major concerns about their eyes. I don’t believe it’s going to solve your crow’s feet – you would probably go for something with retinol in for that – though it will make the crows feet look less harsh due to the hydrating properties of the cream and the inclusion of hyaluronic acid. In terms of dark circles, well this might make them look slightly lighter due to the glow this product gives off, but it’s certainly not going to fix them or banish them.

Would I repurchase?

I would repurchase because at this point in time I don’t have any major concerns with my eye area.
