The name is not to be underestimated, the Ameliorate Transforming Body Lotion is truly transforming. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m useless at taking care of the skin on my body. My face gets all the attention, but everywhere else gets neglected. This will no longer be the case since trying out this body lotion.
What is it?
This is a super hydrating facial mist. It promises to instantly moisturise, comfort and sooth your skin.
What do I think about it?
The Transforming Body Lotion houses Lactic Acid to exfoliate and renew the surface layers of the skin and Sweet Almond Oil to soften, hydrate and protect the skin.
I suffer from very mild keratosis pilaris on the top of my arms. It’s probably not noticeable to other people but I notice it. This little wonder has nipped it in the bud and totally improved the texture.
The thing I love most about this body lotion is that you barely notice you are wearing it. I really hate that feeling of heaviness or greasiness from body lotions, which is why I barely use them. This is light and soaks in immediately.
The only thing I’m not so keen on is the scent. It’s a really hard scent to describe, but it’s certainly not a body lotion you would apply before… romantic interactions, shall we say. It will definitely put your partner off. Luckily, they have started making some scented versions to counteract this.
Would I recommend?
Yes – this is really good if you suffer with texture issues on your body.
