The team over at 28 Day Skin are doing some really exciting things at the moment. I was lucky enough to be sent their 28 Day Skin Regenesis Complete Anti-Ageing System. It’s based around three antiaging fundamentals – Skincare, Tech & Nutrition.
The kit contains:-
Phototherapy Device
This is a powerful handheld device that uses 633nm red light phototherapy. Red light therapy has been shown to trigger collagen and elastin production. It also has a vibration mode which helps reduce fluid retention and improve lymphatic drainage. It’s rechargeable and you are also given a pair of glasses to protect your eyes.
I’ve used it for a little over a month. It’s still early days, but the thing I have noticed the most is that any dark spots caused from pimples faded quicker. As with any skincare tool, consistency is key. You need to ensure you have enough time to dedicate using this daily. I hope to see more results with further use.
Serums
Three skincare serums are included in the kit, all packed with fantastic ingredients. The products are:
- an Anti-aging serum (Argireline, Matrixyl 3000, Copper peptides, Hyaluronic acid)
- a Skin Cell renewal serum (Vitamin C, Amino acid peptides, Ribose, Hyaluronic acid)
- and a SPF30.

Supplements
You also get a pack of supplements. These contain Vitamin C & E, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid. They advise taking 2 daily – one in the morning and one in the evening.
