SkinCity Ceramide Body Butter Review
AD/PR - Product was gifted with no obligation to post.

I’m really enjoying delving into the SkinCity Skincare body products at the moment. I’ve recently been using the SkinCity Ceramide Body Butter, which is going down.

What is it?

A body butter with ceramides in. What’s not to love?!

What do I think?

I’m not usually a fan of body butters due to the fact they are typically so heavily scented that you go bed and it’s all you can smell the whole night. Either that or they feel tremendously greasy.

This is the total opposite. The texture is divine and melts into the skin like butter, leaving no greasy residue. There is a very faint natural scent to it that dissipates when applied.

Not only does it contain Ceramides, a fantastic ingredient that strengthens the skin barrier, it also contains Colloidal Oats, Shea Butter, Glycerin, Allantoin and Bisabolo that work in harmony to sooth, hydrate and nourish.

I like to use this after using something exfoliating – like the Shower Power Peel by the same brand or something like the Ameliorate Smoothing Body exfoliant.

Would I recommend?

Yes. This is a really nice one, especially if your skin is dry but you don’t want anything too heavy.

Brands Product Description

Ceramide Body Butter is a rich and deep-acting cream for dry skin. Nourishing oils and Shea Butter provide a soft texture that melts into the skin. Colloidal Oats repair and soothe red and irritated skin, while a high content of Glycerine both adds and retains moisture in the skin. Also contained are Ceramides that are important for strengthening the skin’s barrier and providing protection against external stressors. Allantoin and Bisabolol help to repair dry and fragile skin. Use the spatula contained to apply all over the body or on areas of extra-dry skin.
