Skincare Empties Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisturiser Trinny London Tiptoe In PHA Exfoliant Jordan Samuel Skin Hydrating Facial Serum Byoma Moisturising Rich Cream Medik8 Press & Glow Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm

Here’s a couple products I’ve been loving using on my face this February.

Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture

I got this in a Murad Christmas Giftset and couldn’t wait to open it after reading many good reviews about it. It’s a lightweight cream but it offers the most intense hydration. It layers well with other products. I was surprised reading the ingredients list that it contained Shea Butter. Usually I associate Shea Butter with quite a heavy cream, but this isn’t heavy at all. I’m using this as my nighttime moisturiser at the moment.

Trinny London Tiptoe In

Early days with this one but I’m enjoying it so far. It’s a good gentle exfoliant, great for daily use. I tend to use this in the morning. The only bad thing I have to say so far is that it doesn’t smell entirely pleasant. It’s unfragranced, so there’s nothing to mask the smell of the natural ingredients. If I had to say what it smells like, wet dog comes to mind. It dissipates once it’s soaked in so I don’t mind too much, but it’s just something to be mindful of.

Jordan Samuel Skin Hydrate Serum

I went through one of these last year and I just knew I had to repurchase it. I need to post a full review on this, but if you’re looking for a nice hydrating serum, you really cannot go wrong with this one.

Byoma Moisturizing Rich Cream

I’ve been using this as my day time moisturiser. Although it’s certainly richer than their Gel Cream alternative, I still don’t feel it’s a rich cream. It’s a nice gel/cream texture, soaks in nicely and hydrates the skin well.

Medik8 Press & Glow

I was using this before the Trinny arrived and it’s kind of been pushed to the side since the Trinny products arrived. I’ll absolutely go back to it because I really liked it. Again this is giving you gentle daily exfoliation which is great for my dry skin to keep away the buildup of dead skin cells.

Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm

Spa in a tub. It smells heavenly. I find this a lot more buttery than the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. It’s a nice product to use at the end of the day just to relax you, and its great for a bit of facial massage.
