L’Oreal are doing some really exciting things at the moment when it comes to skincare. They have launched a whole range of new products which are all packed with fantastic ingredients. It’s always exciting when the High-Street gets new skincare launches.

I was lucky enough to receive a couple of the new products to try from the REVITALIFT range, and here are my thoughts after using them for a while.

5% Pure Glycolic Acid Peeling Toner £14.99

This is a gentle, exfoliating toner that contains 5% Glycolic Acid which will help resurface skin texture and leave your skin looking refreshed. It’s gentle enough to be used daily (though this would be too much for my skin so I would use it 2-3 times a week). I place it on par with the Pixi Glow Tonic, but I actually prefer this because it’s a little bit cheaper.

10% Pure Glycolic Acid £12.99

I found this (unsurprisingly) to be stronger than the toner. I do not get any irritation when using it, I just think it’s better if you need a quick fix when your skin is looking a little dull and needs a refresh. You can use this day and night, I personally use this in the evening and then wake up with fresh, soft, glowing skin.

1.5% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum £25.00

This has been formulated to contain two types of Hyaluronic Acid – Macro Hyaluronic Acid molecules which are larger and sit at the top of the skin’s surface to boost with hydration and Micro Hyaluronic Acid molecules which are smaller and penetrate deeper into the epidermis. I find this super hydrating. I’ve got dry skin but I actually think I might be able to get away with just wearing this and a sunscreen in the summer months. I’ll try it and report back!

2.5% Hyaluronic Acid + Caffeine Eye Serum £25.00

Ok this has been my go-to recently either for hungover or Monday morning eyes. It’s got Hyaluronic Acid for plumping and hydrating and also caffeine for reducing puffiness. I find this tightens my eye area slightly when I use it, but not in a way that’s uncomfortable or feels drying. The triple roller applicator is so cooling under the eye area, I really think it’s going to be nice to use over the summer months.

Which one of new L’Oreal skincare products are you most eager to try?
