Superdrug Simply Pure Hydrating Serum Review

Superdrug Simply Pure Hydrating Serum

Serums can be costly, but luckily there are some affordable gems out there. The Superdrug Simply Pure Hydrating Serum is one of the best hydrating serums I’ve ever tried, and it costs only £3.49.

What is it?

A hydrating serum designed to hydrate and plump the skin.

What Do I Think?

I’ve been really impressed with this. I suffer with dry and dehydrated skin, and when I use this, I really notice a difference in hydration levels within my skin. Depending on what products I’m using, I can sometimes find by lunch time my skin is feeling parched and tight. When I use this in my routines, it undoubtedly hydrates my skin for the whole day. I no longer find myself reaching for a moisturiser or mist midday to rehydrate my skin.

This has a milky, silky gel texture which glides onto the skin nicely. Tight and dry skin immediately feels relieved and nourished. It’s loaded with hydrating and moisturising ingredients – Glycerine, Allantoin, Ceramides and Urea – literally everything you could desire in a hydrating serum. It works wonders when your skin is feeling a little bit sensitised too, thanks to the barrier restoring ingredients.

I find it immediately gives life to dull and lacklustre skin and it leaves a really nice satin-dewy finish on the skin. It also layers extremely well with other serums and moisturisers – I’ve not experience any pilling at all.

I highly recommend giving this one a try if you can. For £3.49 you really can’t go wrong, and I’m absolutely sure you’ll be thrilled with it.
