Alongside this service, they also offer ‘Essentials’ to compliment your personalised routine.
I was sent a couple of the essentials to try and give my thoughts.
New Patch it Up! Zit Patches
Pimple patches are all the rage at the moment and Love From Yours have recently launched their own. These are a Niacinamide and hydrocolloid packed patch that helps withdraw impurities and heal the area. They’re nearly invisible on the skin and stay put well. I tend to leave these on all day. These are possibly the most generous on the market – for $15.00 you get 54 patches.
Cloud Factory Foaming Cleanser
This is a gentle foaming cleanser. Powered with a blend of 5 fruit acids, this cleanser is great for providing a deep cleanse. Those wary of foaming cleansers need not be – this one isn’t stripping at all, even to my supremely dry skin. I don’t think it would be good enough to remove heavy makeup on its own, but I do think it makes a good second or morning cleanse.
Sunny Side Up SPF30 Mist
My favourite from the products I’ve tried. It’s a broadspectrum SPF30 spray that is not greasy, has no white cast, no shine and is imperceptible on the skin. This is one of the few sunscreen mists that does not sting my eyes. The mist action is quite fine, a little hose-like but definitely not as bad as some other sprays out there. My only complaint about this one is that it doesn’t come in a bigger size.
