Kems Cuts x Primark 💈

If you’re on the lookout for small, affordable stocking fillers for a man in your life you need to get down to Primark and check out the recently launched Kems Cuts x Primark range.

Kem Cuts is a collaboration with @kemcetinay who is a qualified barber and also a Love Island star. I don’t watch Love Island so I don’t really know much about him, but he seems to be popular and well liked.

The range is huge and caters solely to men’s grooming. It has everything you could possibly need – Haircare, Beard & Shaving, Skincare and even some grooming accessories and electricals.

The best thing about the products is how affordable they are – most of the range is under a fiver.

Kems Cuts x Primark Tools

Grooming has been made so affordable and so easy with the tools they have to offer. There’s everything you need to keep your hair and beard in check including combs, brushes and hair dryers. There’s even a headband for those who wish to pull of that Jack Grealish look.

Kems Cuts x Primark Haircare

Again, everything you need for hair styling and hair care is here. My personal favourites are the Sea Salt Spray, the Hair Fibre Paste and the Hair Styling Cream.

Hair Spray
This gives your hair a strong hold post styling. It would be good for you if your hair tends to lose its styled look throughout the day. It’s a matte finish.

Hair Styling Cream
I find this really good for adding texture to my hair. It has a nice hold natural hold and feels super light in the hair.

Sea Salt Spray
Great for adding texture, thickness and body for a natural ‘just got out of bed but good hair’ look.

Hair Styling Gel
It’s been a while since I used gel to style my hair. I was surprised that this wasn’t the stiff, rock-hard gel of years past and is actually gives quite a light hold.

Matte Hair Clay
I’m not normally one for Matte Clay products – I prefer a bit of a shine, but if you like to style your hair with Matte products then you may wish to give this one a try.

Hair Fibre Paste
This will give you a stronger hold than the Matte Hair Clay, whilst also giving a natural finish.

Kems Cuts x Primark Skincare & Beard Care

There’s a lot on the skincare and beard care front. They’re making the most of the CBD trend and incorporating it into a lot of the products. Stand outs for me are the energising Face Wash, the CBD Shave Gel and The CBD Lip Balm.

CBD Shave Gel
My skin usually hates shaving gels (I usually always have to use an oil – much gentler), but my skin likes this one. It doesn’t give me that awful shaving rash.

CBD Beard Oil
I don’t have a beard, so haven’t been able to use this one, but if you’re beard is in need of softening and conditioning, then this might be good for you.

CBD Beard Balm
This is for conditioning and soothing the beard using CBD Oil, Hyaluronic Acid and Plant Keratin. I haven’t used this because I don’t have a beard, but it has a delicious souffle-like texture.

Energising Face Wash
They’ve formulated this with Hyaluronic Acid, Caffeine, Wild Indigo to hydrate, energise and cleanse the skin. It’s a nice non-stripping cleanser.

CBD Moisturiser SPF15
This is a really nice lightweight moisturiser that contains SPF15 (better than nothing), CBD Oil, Aloe Vera & Hemp Seed Oil to add hydration to the skin.

CBD Face Mask
I was worried this was going to be a bit too drying for my dry skin due to the added Kaolin Clay, but I actually found it really quite hydrating. It’ll definitely absorb excess oil, but it also doesn’t entirely strip the skin which is nice.

CBD Lip Balm
I’ve been reaching for this a lot recently in the colder weather. It’s a nice lip balm – doesn’t make your lips look greasy, just nicely hydrates them.

Stand out products for me include the Hair Fibre Paste, the CDB Shave Gel, the collection of combs & brushes, the Hair Styling Cream and the Texturising Sea Salt Spray.

The packaging and fragrance in the products is all subtle but masculine. They would make a great stocking filler for any man in your life, because we all need grooming products and these are all extremely affordable.
