This has, without a doubt, become my favourite moisturiser of all time. It was love at first use. An addiction in fact.
Trinny London released two moisturisers this year – Bounce Back for normal to dry skins and Energise Me for normal to oily skins. Being dry, I obviously opted to by Bounce Back.
What is it?
A moisture designed to bring life to skin. It contains peptides which are great for stimulating collagen, making it more than just a bog-standard moisturiser.
What Do I Think?
Firstly, I love that they’ve made their moisturisers more than just moisturisers by adding active ingredients to them.
Trinny London Bounce Back features a 4-peptide complex to increase the skins elasticity and firmness. Phytosphingosine firms and smooths the skin by preventing the breakdown of collagen, while hyaluronic acid, squalane and oat lipids help hydrate and replenish the skin barrier.
It’s deeply nourishing, melts effortlessly into the skin, feels so luxurious. One of the things that surprised me the most is how little I need to use – just two small pumps and it was enough to moisturise even my dry skin.
It’s not greasy on the skin and leaves a beautiful soft focus, satin finish on the skin. It’s easily becoming my go-to moisturiser when I just want my skin to look that little bit better.
When I use this consistently, I really find my skin feels a lot more plumper, hydrated, softer and just looks better/healthier in general.
I can’t describe how much I love the smell of this moisturiser either. If you’ve tried the Trinny London cleansers, then you’ll immediately be familiar with that smell.
Would I Recommend?
Yes – I am seriously addicted to this. I really feel like this does so much for my skin, and I can really see results whilst using it.
