I’ve had the CurrentBody LED Light Therapy Mask for a couple of months now. I’ve been using it consistently so I am ready to post my thoughts.

What do LED Masks do?

LED masks have been shown to help improve fine lines & wrinkles, treat and heal blemishes and calm redness by stimulating the natural rejuvenation process. This gives you a visibly glowing and noticeably healthier-looking complexion.

The CurrentBody LED Light Therapy Mask has two combinations of light therapy – Red (633nm) and Near Infrared Light (830nm) wavelengths.

How is it?

The mask is so easy and convenient to use – simply put the mask on for 10 minutes and you’re done. It has a built in timer and turns off automatically after 10 minutes so you don’t need to time yourself. This isn’t a long time, so it’s easy to find time at some point in your day to use it. And, as a bonus, the battery is portal meaning you can do anything you like whilst wearing it.

Since using this, I have really noticed a difference in my skin. It’s brighter and looks clearer, my complexion is more even, and redness is slightly reduced too. I have noticed that I tend to breakout less since using it. I’m hesitant to pin this totally on the mask because this could be a combination of things, including what products I’m using in my routine. Overall, I’m really pleased with the results. I am going to continue using it in the hopes that things just get even better with long-term use.

Any issues?

The only complaint I have about it is that it doesn’t quite fit my nose and leaves indents on it for a few minutes after use. That’s somewhat to be expected, my nose isn’t the smallest, and this mask isn’t made-to-measure so it goes without saying that it wouldn’t necessarily fit like a glove.

Also featured in the photos is their Face Sculptor tool which I love for a bit of massage and lymphatic drainage. Their Glow Serum is also pictured, but I’m yet to give this a go so will delve into this in a later post when I’ve used it.
