Hope everyone’s keeping up with their sunscreen application even though it’s the dead of winter right now. If you’re not wearing sunscreen daily, why aren’t you? The Evy Technology Daily Defence Face Mousse SPF50 has been my go-to sunscreen since I was sent it. If you haven’t tried this yet, then you absolutely need to add it to your list of products to try because it’s brilliant.
What is it?
This is a super gentle retinol serum that helps to retexturise skin and fade hyperpigmentation.
What Do I Think?
Evy Technology are famous for their sunscreen mousses and they are much loved by everyone who uses them.
Daily Defence Face Mousse boasts SPF50, UVA & UVB protection, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Hyaluronic Acid. It’s incredibly lightweight, but also hydrating on the skin. The finish on the skin is beautiful. It’s a satin-dewy, not greasy.
There is absolutely no white cast and it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all.
It quite like the fact that’s it’s a foam mousse too – the application is super easy and it’s quite fun to use. You simply apply a golf ball sized amount to your palms and then massage into your face, neck and ears. It’s easy to work into the skin and each bottle has up to 50 uses.
It plays well with other products too, so I haven’t experienced any pilling whilst using this or re-applying throughout the day.
There’s a subtle sunscreen scent to it, but this dissipates not long after applying.

How I Use It
In my morning routine after cleansing, serums & moisturiser. I’ll apply a golf ball sized amount of the Evy Technology Daily Defence Face Mousse SPF50 to my hands and then rub into my face, neck & ears. I’d top up throughout the day (if I remember…)
Would I Repurchase/Buy?
I’ll definitely be purchasing this in the future. I’m really enjoying it. It’s one of the most flattering sunscreens I’ve used.
