Dermatology M are a British skincare brand founded by Doctor of Chinese Medicine Mazin Al-Khafaji. After opening skin clinics where he saw success treating various skin conditions with ancient Chinese medicine, he launched Dermatology M in 2020 offering the products he used in-clinic to all.
The Brightening Mask contains a blend of Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Liquorice Root and Redroot Extracts, Calendula and Comfrey Extracts which help clear pores, brightens skin and gently exfoliates whilst soothing and strengthening the skin barrier. You apply it to wet skin and allow it to dry for 15 mins then rinse away to reveal smoothed, calmed, glowing skin.
I was also sent the Balancing Cream (Rosacea Face Cream) which is a thick, balm like cream perfect for super dry or sensitised skins. It’s very nourishing and calming when applied to the skin, offering deep hydration whilst also helping to brighten the skin with added Vitamin C.
Also pictured is The Balancing Tincture (Rosacea Face Tincture) which is calming and refreshing, helping to clear pores and provide soothing hydration to the skin.
All products have a strong herbal scent, like stepping into a Chinese medicine store. If you’re not a fan of those kind of scents then this range definitely wouldn’t be for you.
