West Barn Co are doing some exciting things. The creators of the original soap brows have recently launched West Barn Co Hydro-Patch, an absorbant Hydrocolloid Nose Patch with 1% salicylic acid.
The aim of these nose patches is to keep blackheads, sebum and dead skin build up at bay on the nose. You get 6 nose patches per pack and they fit most nose shapes and sizes. These are not like the typical nose strips that rip the blackheads out, these are soft and gentle to the skin.
I suffer from blackheads on my nose, especially during the summer months, so I was excited to give these a try. For best results you are supposed to wear them for 6-8 hours, so I normally opt to wear them as I sleep, but I have been known to wear them working from home providing I don’t have any zoom meetings 😅 They stay on pretty well and do not leave the nose irritated or dry. I’ve also seen really good results after only wearing for an hour or so.
These work really well at clearing the blackheads and minimising the look of enlarged pores on the nose.
Overall, I’m pleased with these – they’re effective and priced decently at £12.00 for 6. It’s one of those products I’ll keep in my stash for when I need them.
