I’m really trying to get better at taking supplements. I like to take Omega’s in supplement form because I don’t get enough fish in my diet (my partners fault – he doesn’t like fish so I miss out 😢). Omega-3 supports heart, brain, vision and joints – all of which are incredibly important, especially as we get older.
