Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is a cult classic. If you’ve never used this before, you are missing out.

What is it?

One of Elemis’ most iconic product. The Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is a cleanser designed to cleanse and hydrate the skin.

What Do I Think?

This is a luxurious cleansing balm with a beautiful spa-like scent. It’s extremely nourishing on the skin and
easily melts away makeup, sunscreen and daily grime.

The balm melts into a gorgeous oil and emulsifies into a milk when water is added.

Packed with nourishing oils, waxes and algae’s such as Elderberry Oil, Starflower Oil and Padina, it aims to promote skin health, hydrate and smooth the skin while you cleanse.

The scent, which is am obsessed with, comes from 9 essential oils including Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Chamomile.

It’s a cleansing balms that feel like a total treat to use at the end of a long day at work. I find it incredibly relaxing. If you have a bit of time, it’s also nice to leave this on because it works incredibly well as a hydrating mask.

When it comes to taking it off, I prefer to rinse this away, but it does come with a cloth if you prefer to take it off that way instead.

It certainly wouldn’t suit everyone’s budgets, but it makes a wonderful gift for birthdays and Christmas.

Brands Product Description

Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm

Key Ingredients

  • Elderberry Oil – Contains high levels of essential Fatty Acids and other micronutrients that are key to keeping skin healthy.
  • Padina Pavonica – Supports the feeling of hydration.
  • Starflower Oil – Promotes good skin health by helping to maintain skin metabolism.

How I Use It

For me this is an evening cleanse. You could use it as a morning cleanse if you wanted to, but it’s better for breaking down sunscreen and makeup. You simply apply a pea size amount to your palms and massage into your face. Add a little water to emulsify it and then remove with the cloth provided, or rinse.

Would I Repurchase/Buy?

Yes! I always have a backup of this in my stash. It’s lush.
