Kate Somerville Dry Skin Saver Review

Kate Somerville Dry Skin Saver

I’m a man on a mission to try every single Kate Somerville product. Recently I’ve been using the Kate Somerville Dry Skin Saver.

What is it?

Kate Somerville Dry Skin Saver is a multi-use product. It can be used on your body, face, hands and lips and is designed to relieve dry, rough skin. It’s also marketed as a cream for eczema sufferers.

What Do I Think?

I really love that you can use this anywhere. I’ve been using it on my face, my body, my lips… literally everywhere.

It hydrates and moisturises the skin extremely well, but doesn’t feel horrendously heavy or greasy. If I use it as a hand cream, I can still hold a pen after using it. I don’t get that ‘slippy’ feeling you can sometimes get with products aimed at those with dry skin.

The ingredients are all designed to soothe and relieve dry, itchy, tight skin. It’s unfragranced which is another win, especially for those who suffer with skin conditions such as eczema.

It’s also brilliant if your skin is feeling a little sensitised. This has been made to help strengthen a skin barrier, so you can use it as a barrier repair cream on your face for those times when you overdo the acids or retinoids.

I suffer from dry elbows that sometimes crack during the winter and this really helps keep them in good condition.
