Sundae Body Whipped Shower Foam

I saw these Sundae Body Whipped Shower Foam on Cult Beauty and I knew instantly I needed to try them. The texture looks just like a delicious whipped cream that I could just eat. 😋 Anyone who knows me in real life knows I absolutely love cream. 🤤 I will put it in my coffee, have it with deserts and if you saw the amount I applied to a cream tea, you would be shocked 😂

The two scents I decided to go for were my two favourite scents – Vanilla and Coconut.

Sundae is a fairly new Australian brand. It was founded during the pandemic by Lizzie Waley and has become an instant hit.

The Sundae Body washes house two key ingredients. Kakadu Plum, which is a natural source of Vitamin C, helps brighten the skin and protect it against premature ageing. Finger Lime is a natural source of Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which means you get a little gentle exfoliation as you wash your body.

These aren’t particularly lathery, so I found they were best applied using my hands rather than a loofah. If I used a loofah, I didn’t find the foam applied as well and sort of disappeared into the loofah rather than being applied to my body. If you like a rich foaming product, these might not be for you. Normally I like a product that gives a good lather, so I was really surprised by how much I liked these despite the fact they didn’t really lather.

These work best if you step away from the water when you apply it. This gives you a chance to really indulge in the texture without it being washed away by the water.

They have really nailed the scents – they both smell amazing, but still natural. You don’t get the feeling of cheap synthetic fragrances when using these. The Very Vanilla is my favourite – it has hit the sweet spot for me for Vanilla fragrances.

I found them quite fun to use. They’re sort of unique and I haven’t come across anything like these before. They cleansed well and left my body feeling soft, clean and hydrated. What I really like about these are they’re super affordable. They cost £12.99 for 260ml and last a good month and a half, depending on how much you use.
