I’ve been loving some of the Naturium skincare products recently (reviews to come) so I was really pleased when they launched their body care products at SpaceNK earlier in the year.
They launched 6 new body care products – 5 body washes and 1 body lotion. I picked up two of the body washes to try.
The first thing I need to state about these are the bottles are huge. You get 500ml of product and they’re quite reasonably priced too.
It was hard deciding which ones to go for because honestly they all sounded good. After deliberating, I decided to go for The Smoother Glycolic Acid Body Wash and The Glow Getter Multi-Oil Body Wash.
✨ The Smoother Glycolic Acid Body Wash
This has a gorgeous creamy texture at first that lathers into a nice creamy foam. It’s brilliant at helping congestion on the body, so if you’re a sufferer of keratosis pilaris or get the odd breakout on your body, this would be a good choice. It contains Glycolic, Pyruvic, Lactic and Tartaric Acids to resurface the body, Red Algae to hydrate and mild surfactants to cleanse the skin. You’ll certainly notice a smoother, brighter looking skin when you use this.
✨ The Glow Getter Multi-Oil Body Wash
I think this is my favourite from the two I purchased. This feels like a real luxurious body wash, without the hefty price tag. The texture is quite unique. It comes out as an oil which emulsifies into a milky foam. They’ve formulated this with Jojoba, Rosehip, Sea Buckthorn and Squalane Oils to nourish and hydrate the skin, as well as 50% Glycerin to further hydrate and help maintain a healthy skin barrier. If you suffer from dry skin, this would be a really good option. It’s so hydrating and moisturising on the skin. I find I can actually skip body lotion when I use this because my skin is left feeling incredibly soft and hydrated.
I love the convenient pump packaging of these. The bottles are sturdy and look really stylish in the shower.
I’m praying we get the full Naturium range in the UK soon. They have some incredible sounding products available to US & Canada customers and I can’t wait to be able to try them.
