Sunday Riley Auto Correct Review

Sunday Riley Auto Correct

So many people rave about the Sunday Riley Auto Correct Eye Cream that I just had to try it, and I’m really glad I did.

What is it?

Sunday Riley Auto Correct is a brightening eye cream that really does help brighten the look of tired, dull eyes.

What Do I Think?

It’s packed with some terrific ingredients (Caffeine and Brazillian Ginseng Root, Horse Chestnut, Acmella Oleracea, Watermelon Rind extracts and Lutein) targeting a range of eye concerns from puffiness to dark circles to dehydration/dryness.

Sunday Riley Autocorrect acts little bit like a skincare/makeup hybrid. It has a nude-ish tone to it which I find helps cover dark circles. There’s also a pearlescent finish due to the added mica. This immediately helps brighten the eye area because it helps to reflect the light.  The result is that the eye area immediately looks alive and awake, so it’s a good choice for tired eyes. For this reason, I tend to opt to use it for the day time rather than at night.

I don’t suffer from puffy eyes often, but when I do I’ve been using this to see if I notice a de-puffing effect. I’m pleased to say that it does really help in that area. Whilst I wouldn’t say it’s the most hydrating I’ve tried, it doesn’t make the eye feel dry either which can sometimes happen with products that help de-puff.

Sunday Riley suggest you apply one to two pumps of this to the eye area. I personally feel the pump dispenses way too much, so I only use half a pump and this is enough to cover both eye areas. This makes the product last so much longer, meaning you get a little more for your money. Overall, I love the finish. I think the de-puffing works really well and it’s just a nice eye cream to have in your stash. It would a good choice if any of those are your concerns.

Brands Product Description

Auto Correct is a runaway bestseller that banishes tired-looking eyes. An eye cream that instantly delivers a lifted and depuffed look to the eye area while rapidly reducing the appearance of dark circles and fine lines.

Key Ingredients

  • Caffeine – Reduces the look of dark circles and puffiness.
  • Brazilian Ginseng Root Extract – Reduces puffiness.
  • Horse Chestnut Extract – Smooths the skin.
  • Acmella Oleracea Extract – Smooths expression lines.
  • Watermelon Rind Extract – Hydrates and improves the skin’s moisture barrier.

How I Use It

For me, this is a day time eye cream because I want to make the most of the brightening that comes from it. I’d simply apply half a pump to my ring finger and massage into both eye areas.

Would I Repurchase/Buy?

Without a doubt! I’ve loved using this.

How Much?

£60.00 for 15ml. It’s expensive on it’s own, so I would pay a little bit more and go for one of the Sunday Riley kits where you get this and a few other products. The Superstars Bestsellers Kit Vol.2 would probably be the kit I’d go for.
