We’re all guilty of neglecting our body when it comes to skincare. Luckily Dr Sam Bunting has us covered with her Flawless Body Therapy AHA Body Lotion.

What is it?

A rich, moisturising body cream which promises to moisturise, provide a glow and resolve uneven skin tone and texture.

What Do I Think?

This has been formulated with wonderful ingredients such as Bakuchiol which brightens and firms. Nacinamide has been added to help brighten further, clear pores and protect your skin barrier. Lactic Acid is also in the formula to smooth and exfoliate dead skin cells, and Shea Butter and Squalane are added for deep hydration.

As a body product, it works really well. You do see an overall brightness to your body when used consistently. It’s really good for areas that are prone to dryness, such as elbows and knees. I find it always leaves my skin feeling super soft.

This has a creamy, smooth and quite rich texture. I think for my preference it’s a little too heavy for summer, but as we transition into the Autumn & Winter months, I think this is going to be a body cream I love.

It takes a little more massaging in than other body creams or lotions available, but I really like that it absorbs without a sticky residue being left behind.

For best results, it’s recommended to apply to damp skin, so for this reason I tend to use it more in the evening after my shower.

If you’re a sufferer of Keratosis Pilaris, this will really help smooth your skin and rid you of the dreaded ‘chicken skin’.
