It’s an exciting time for everyone’s favourite budget-friendly skincare brand, Garnier who have launched four new products this month. These are a very welcome addition to the Garnier range. I was sent two of the new launches to try, and I’ve been putting them to the test.
Garnier Soothing Hyaluronic Acid Cream Cleanser Review
This is a super gentle, hydrating cleanser that cleanses the skin but helps maintain the skins natural moisture barrier at the same time. It’s brilliant if you are sensitive, or just want a nice hydrating cleanser if your skin is feeling a parched or dry.
They’ve formulated this to be as gentle and hydrating as possible. The formula contains Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate, Aloe Vera to sooth and Glycerin to moisturise.
Whilst they’ve named this a cream cleanser, I find it’s more of a gel-cream cleanser than a traditional cream cleanser. It gives an ever so slight lather when applied to damp skin, but always leaves my skin feeling clean, soft and hydrated. It will make for a perfect for a second or morning cleanse.
Garnier Vitamin C Daily UV Brightening Fluid Invisible SPF50+ Review
I’ve said for years that if you want a good, affordable sunscreen then Garnier should be your go-to.
Their new Daily UV Fluid provides SPF50+ Protection (UVA, UVB & long UVA) and Vitamin C to protect from the sun and prevent dark spots. They’ve also formulated this with peptides to stimulate collagen and smooth the skin and Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate.
It’s lightweight, non-sticky, non-greasy and genuinely invisible once applied. It’s certainly a sunscreen many people will love since you really don’t feel like you’re wearing sunscreen. I could tell from first use this is easily going to be a repeat purchase. It’s quite hydrating, so you can easily use this as a moisturiser, or layer over a moisturiser if you’re on the drier side.
In addition to the two shown, they have also launched their Vitamin C Daily UV Brightening Fluid Sheer Glow SPF50, which provides a glowier finish to the Invisible version, and a Vitamin C Cream Cleanser.
