Disciple have featured on my blog before. If you’re unfamiliar with them, they are a natural British brand founded by psychotherapist Charlotte Ferguson. Their products aim to not only work on the surface level of the skin, but also help the mind and body deal with internal stresses, giving the range of products a perfect therapeutic edge.

I was sent some of their newer products to try last year, and I’ve been really enjoying them.

💚 Disciple Night Shift Cleansing Balm

If you’re a lover of a cleansing balm with a gorgeous scent, you will love this. Especially if one of your favourite fragrance notes is Neroli. Like their OG Cleansing Oil, this has been formulated with natural plant oils and a blend Alpha Hydroxy Acids derived from Blueberries and Super Maple for a mild exfoliating cleanse. It melts down dirt, sunscreen and makeup, but leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated.

💚 Disciple Downtime Sleepy Mist

This is a relaxing face mist designed to be used just before bed to allow your mind to relax, whilst also providing a quick burst of hydration to the skin. It contains Lavender which is known for its ability to aid relaxation and easing anxiety. Aloe soothes and hydrates and Oat Silk helps with brightening.  It’s a lovely mist to use just before bed, especially if you need something to just relax you. It smells beautiful if you like Lavender scents, and I sometimes even spray a little bit on my pillow.

💚 Disciple Healthy Boundaries SPF15 Lip Balm

I really like this hydrating and moisturising lip balm. It’s been created with some softening and moisturising ingredients, such as jojoba and olive oils. It applies to the lips beautifully and I love that it’s unscented and non-tinted.  In addition to giving you soft, moisturised lips, it also contains SPF15 to protect the lips from UV damage.

This is definitely a brand for you to check out if you like sensorial scents, gorgeous textures and like a therapeutic edge on your skincare.

Which one appeals to you the most?
