Cultured Biomecare Biome One Mask Review

Cultured Biomecare Biome One Mask

Cultured Biomecare are a brand I’ve really been enjoying recently. The Cultured Biomecare Biome One Mask has been making an appearance in my skincare routine once a week, usually on a Sunday.

What is it?

This is a 15 minute miracle mask which gently exfoliates the skin, giving it a beautiful glow, but without irritating or compromising the skin barrier and microbiome.

What Do I Think?

The gorgeous syrupy texture is contains a few of my favourite acids – Malic, Lactic and Azelaic. Malic and Lactic are gently exfoliating acids, which also help hydrate the skin whilst removing dead skin cells.  Azelaic is anti-bacterial, which helps with blemishes, and redness.

In addition to the exfoliating acids, there is Succinic Acid for its soothing and hydrating properties, Fermented Black Tea to promote skin radiance, and of course Prebiotic Inulin for added hydration and to promote skin barrier health.

It’s really simple to use. You simply apply for 10-15 minutes after cleansing your face, and you can easily rinse it with water. It doesn’t cling to your skin, so it’s very easily removed. You can use it once or twice a week.

There’s no stinging or skin upset when using it, but you will notice that after use your skin feels and looks smoother. Skin texture is refined, and there’s a brightness to your skin.  I love that they’ve purposely made this gentle and respectful of the skin barrier, so you do not have to worry about a damaged or upset skin after use.

It’s great for a little pre-party pamper session when you want your skin looking great.  I would say this would be a great choice if your skin is prone to sensitivity when it comes to exfoliation, and you want something you can use once or twice a week to keep your skin glowing and smooth.

Would I recommend?

This would be good for you if you struggle finding exfoliating products that are kind and gentle for your skin.
