Adding to my post a couple of weeks back about some Avene Summer Essentials, if you’re off on a hot holiday this year, you may want to pack the Avene After-Sun Restorative Lotion.
Whether you burn or not (and hopefully you don’t burn!), an After-Sun lotion is a good thing to pack.
As with all Avene products, this has been formulated for all skin types, but in particular those that have sensitive skin. It offers up to 48 hours long lasting hydration with the signature Avene Thermal Spring Water, Antioxidants and Jojoba oil all playing their part in their formulation to sooth, restore and moisturise the skin.
The creamy texture melts into the skin really nicely and leaves it feeling fresh, cooled and hydrated. It still manages to feel like despite how moisturising it is, so it’s a perfect option for summer when you don’t want heavy creams on your body. It also doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky – just soft and moisturised.
Even if you don’t plan on spending time in the sun this summer, it’s a really nice body cream on its own. There’s a pleasant gentle fragrance to it, which, if you’ve used an Avene product before, would be familiar to you.
