I was using the Cultured Biomecare Biome One Cleansing Balm over the winter months, and I really enjoyed my time with it. I tend to have a few cleansers on the go, and I found myself reaching for this one more than the other ones I had opened at the time.

What is it?

A cleansing balm designed to melt away makeup sunscreen and dirt, leaving your skin clean and hydrated.

What Do I Think?

This has quite a unique texture. When you pump it out of the packaging, it comes out as a loose-gel, honey-like texture.  When it’s massaged into the skin it turns into a nourishing oil. You can then add a splash of water to turn it into a milky texture before removing.  I find it rinses away easily with just water, and leaves no residue, so you don’t have to remove with a cloth.

As with all Cultured Biomecare products, there’s some wonderful ingredients included. Super ferments, algaes and micro-algaes deliver a prebiotic effect, helping to support the skins microbiome. There’s a blend of nourishing, skin-loving plant oils to ensure that the skin is nurtured, soothed and moisturised during and after cleansing.

I found this fantastic and breaking down sunscreen and cleaning my face. My skin always felt hydrated, soft and moisturised post cleanse.

Would I recommend?

Yes. It would be a good cleanser for you to use, if you have dry or sensitive skin.
