The Super Facialist Vitamin C Renew Cleansing Oil is possibly one of the nicest, budget-friendly cleansers you can buy. Super Facialist are always a good place to look when you’re on a budget, and I adore their Cleansing Oil.
What is it?
A cleansing oil designed to remove dirt, sunscreen and makeup.
What Do I Think?
They have created this using a blend of wonderful skin nourishing oils, such as Olive, Grapeseed, Raspberry, Cucumber, Passionflower and Rosehip. They get to work quickly melting down sunscreen, makeup, excess oil and dirt from your face. Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate) has also been added to help brighten the skin and Vitamin E which is rich in antioxidants.
It couldn’t be easier to use – you simply apply to dry skin, massage in. You can then add water to emulsify it into a milk before rinsing or using a cloth to remove. I know some people aren’t keen on emulsifying, and I never know why. You are missing out! Also, before removing, really take the time to massage this in and enjoy the experience.
I find this good as a single cleanse in the evening, if you’re not into double cleansing, and will suit all skin types, but especially drier skins. It’s so hydrating that your skin will not ever feel stripped whilst using it.
For those of you who enjoy a scent in their cleansers, this has a really pleasant sweet citrus scent.
Would I recommend?
Yes! A bottle of this will last you ages, and it’s effective as a cleanser.
