What Do I Think?
The lightweight, watery toner has been formulated with Oat Milk, Aloe Juice, Niacinamide, Allantoin and Hyaluronic Acid which work in conjunction together to soothe, hydrate, moisturise and plump the skin.
Thanks to the soothing ingredients, it will suit all skin types, even the most sensitive. It’s also fragrance-free, which is good news if you struggle to find fragrance-free toners.
It soaks into the skin effortlessly and instantly relieves tight, dehydrated or dry skin. It’s a nifty little toner that can easily slot into any routine for added hydration. Sure, it’s not an essential step in a routine, but if you like using a toner, this is a good one if you’re on a budget.
For best results, I would pour a small amount into your hands and massage into your face. Whilst it’s still absorbing, apply a hydrating serum to reap all the benefits of a hydrated skin.

Yes. Especially if you are a bit more dry or dehydrated and want to layer more hydration into the skin.
