The Dussl Daily Protection Moisturiser is the kind of product that’s so unassuming, so straightforward, that it almost feels radical. No ten-step routines. No “activated botanical complexes from the foothills of somewhere you’ve never been.” Just a proper, broad-spectrum SPF50 moisturiser with ingredients that work and a texture that makes you want to use it every single day. Which, let’s face it, is the whole point.
It’s loaded with niacinamide for brightening, hyaluronic acid for hydration, panthenol to soothe, and vitamin E for antioxidant support. Throw in their blue light stem cell tech, and you’ve got a daily all-rounder that wears beautifully.
Now, about the texture. When I read that the finish was matte, as someone with dry skin, I was fully expecting something drying and overly matte. The kind of matte that has dry-skinned people like me reaching for facial oil like it’s water in a desert. But actually, this is one of the best surprises I’ve had in ages.
