What Do I Think?
True to Clarins form, the formula is packed with skin loving botanicals. Organic Oat Sugars deliver that instant tightening effect, Organic Acerola Seed boosts brightness, and Aloe Vera soothes and hydrates. It’s a very Clarins cocktail of a little bit of skincare, a little bit of treatment, a little bit of makeup prep.
The texture is a light cream with a subtle peachy tint that disappears as soon as it’s applied. It absorbs instantly, leaving skin feeling smooth and ever-so-slightly taut. Personally, as someone with dry skin, that tightness always makes me instinctively want to reach for another layer of moisturiser. But for many, that pulled together sensation is precisely the appeal because it feels like it’s actively doing something.
Where Beauty Flash Balm really earns its stripes is in its instant results. Skin looks more awake, brighter, and as though you’ve slept eight solid hours (even if you didn’t).
