Affordable skincare has improved enormously over the past decade, but finding a brand where multiple products across the range are genuinely worth buying still requires some navigation. Good Molecules is one of the better discoveries I have made recently. The prices are low enough to raise a sceptical eyebrow, and the formulations are good enough to lower it again fairly quickly.
I have been testing four products and would happily recommend all of them.

🤎 Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner
An alcohol-free toner built around niacinamide. It’s designed for uneven tone and enlarged pores with naturally derived arbutin for hyperpigmentation, and licorice root to calm inflammation. It can be applied with a cotton pad or patted in with the hands. It does what it promises on dullness and visible pores with consistent use.
🩷 Good Molecules Hyaluronic Acid Serum
As straightforward as the name suggests, which is not a criticism. A water-light formula that draws moisture into the skin, layers cleanly under everything else, and leaves skin visibly smoother and better hydrated from the first use. Exactly what a hyaluronic acid serum should be.

💚 Good Molecules Lightweight Daily Moisturiser
This has recently been reformulated with avocado oil and additional hyaluronic acid alongside shea butter and a plant-based alternative to silicone. The result is a moisturiser that hydrates properly, preps skin well for makeup. Plus, it manages to feel genuinely lightweight rather than just calling itself one. The kind of everyday product that earns its place by being consistently reliable.
💛 Good Molecules Yerba Mate Wake Up Eye Gel
The most interesting of the four. The yerba mate extract brings antioxidants and polyphenols to the eye area alongside caffeine, peptides and three forms of hyaluronic acid. It addresses puffiness, fine lines and fatigue simultaneously and absorbs instantly. For the price, it is quietly exceptional.
Good Molecules are consistent and honest about their ingredients and priced in a way that makes building a solid routine accessible. That combination is rarer than it should be.
