I love a bath now and again but 99% of the time I shower. When shopping for body products, there’s 2 things that I mainly look for: scent and a good lather. Here’s some of my current in the shower body favourites.
Four PHA Exfoliants
PHA’s (Poly Hydroxy Acids) are all the rage in skincare at the moment.
It’s an exfoliating acid that’s perfect for everyone and even more so sensitive skins because they are super gentle and hydrating. Picture gloriously exfoliated, smooth, even skin without the irritation or dryness that you can sometimes get with AHA’s or BHA’s. Sunday Night Routine
Who else treats themselves to a Sunday Night routine? I have a love-hate relationship with Sunday’s. On one hand I love the laziness of them, but I also really hate the fact that the weekend is over 😂
