A few favourite Sunscreens
Does it annoy anyone else when you see sunscreens referred to as SPF? 😂 SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor which is a measure of the amount of ultraviolet B radiation (UVB) protection.
Four PHA Exfoliants
PHA’s (Poly Hydroxy Acids) are all the rage in skincare at the moment.
It’s an exfoliating acid that’s perfect for everyone and even more so sensitive skins because they are super gentle and hydrating. Picture gloriously exfoliated, smooth, even skin without the irritation or dryness that you can sometimes get with AHA’s or BHA’s. Featured in this reel are a few of my favourite products that contain PHA’s.

So February’s over and out the way and the nights are getting a little lighter. Hopefully we can look forward to some spring weather soon 🤞

Another month, another empties post. Autumn is officially upon us and it’s starting to become colder. I love autumn, but I miss the lighter evenings. As winter approaches I hate that feeling of getting up in the dark and going to bed in the dark. Anyone the same?
