What Do I Think?
At its heart is a blend of five types of hyaluronic acid, which work synergistically to attract and hold onto moisture at every layer of the skin. Then there’s Tremella Fuciformis, a mushroom extract often dubbed nature’s hyaluronic acid for its superb water-binding capabilities, and Panthenol, a soothing, dependable ingredient that helps fortify the skin barrier.
For best results, I like to apply this to slightly damp skin – this small tweak supercharges hydration, giving the serum something to grab onto. Layered over the brand’s Liquid Hydration Toner (read my review here), it’s a winter savior for parched, tight skin like mine.
Texture-wise, it’s an utter delight. Where so many hydrating serums stumble with that telltale tackiness, this one is silky, sinks in seamlessly, and layers beautifully under other products, no pilling or stickiness in sight.
