February was a month I’m quite happy to see the back of. Stressful, grey, and dragging its feet. Still, the evenings are stretching out and the light is creeping back in, which feels like permission to start thinking about spring again.

Skincare
❤️ Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser*
My constant. There is always one of these somewhere in my bathroom. Gentle, comforting, and utterly reliable. Anyone who’s been here a while will know this is a forever product for me.
😍 Deviant Skincare Pro-Biome Hydrating Cleanser*
A thoroughly likeable cleanser: soft, hydrating and properly kind to skin. The gel-cream texture feels reassuring without being heavy.
😍 Trinny London Naked Ambition
This did exactly what I hoped it would. It brightened, evened out my tone and soothed redness. I’ve already written a review for it, but it’s one I genuinely enjoyed using every day.
❤️ Trinny London Take Back Time Elixir*
A glow-giver in the truest sense. Hydrating, plumping and effective. My skin looked brighter, less tired and generally more alive.
😍 Naturium Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture Cream
A winter comfort blanket in a jar. Rich, dense and immediately soothing on dry skin. It reminded me a lot of the Kate Somerville DeliKate cream. It has the same cocooning effect when the weather (and mood) turns bleak.
😍 Disciple Night Shift Cleansing Balm*
Everything a cleansing balm should be: melts away everything, smells beautiful, leaves skin soft and nourished. And it doesn’t leave behind that odd greasy film. A pleasure to use from start to finish.
😍 Revolution Skincare x Sali Hughes Ringlight Creamy Illuminating Eye Balm
Heartbroken that this has been discontinued. It was the perfect antidote to tired eyes at a brilliant price.
❤️ Trinny London BFF Cream
My shortcut to a good skin day. SPF 30, a wash of glow, and a smoothing finish that makes you appear better rested than you actually are. This converts people to the brand faster than almost anything else.
Hair Care

😍 Kerastase Resistance Ciment Anti Usure Conditioner
I have a long-standing fondness for this range, and although it ran out before the shampoo (an administrative failure on my part), this was still a pleasure to use. It tackled dryness without tipping into heaviness and left no residue or coating behind. My hair just felt softer, stronger and more cooperative.
