What is it?
This is a gentle, hydrating cleanser which would be perfect for a morning or second cleanse. It’s a gel-cleanser, which softly lathers and rinses away with ease.
What Do I Think?
From the texture, you might think the beads offer a bit of physical exfoliation. However, these are not physical exfoliation beads. They’re actually small beads packed with antioxidants which burst when massaged into the skin. The antioxidants in question are Vitamin A, C & E which helps condition, prevent skin damage and relieve dryness.
It offers a subtle refreshing and invigorating citrus scent, which I think is just so perfect for the summer months. I tend to use this mostly as a morning cleanse, because I just find the scent so uplifting.
It cleanses the skin extremely well, but doesn’t leave my dry skin feeling stripped or dry. They’ve added Allantoin and Panthenol into the formulation, to soften and moisturise the skin as you cleanse.
Would I recommend?
Yes. The huge 200ml will last you several months of daily use. You don’t need a huge amount of cleanser for it to be effective, so a little goes a long way.

How I Use It
I tend to use the Murad Essential-C Cleanser in my morning routine, though it would make for a wonderful second cleanse if you’re a double cleanser. I’d apply to damp skin and massage it around my face, and then rinse with water.
